NEWS

Tattershall Carrs is a well-used woodland in Lincolnshire, which also happens to be a SSSI. Its owner, the Woodland Trust, has been carrying out a long-term programme of habitat enhancement, drawing in a wide variety of conservation organisations. The surrounding area is rich in bat life and bats need suitable places to hibernate: WW2 bomb shelters fit the bill perfectly but need a bit of modification to provide suitable niches. This is where we come in, both in creating suitable homes but also making the shelters safe and secure for larger mammals.

NEWS

As part of our commitment to the local community, we recently carried out landscaping at St.Christopher's Special School, Lincoln, with the help of some of the pupils.

Plants were donated by two local nurseries and the bark mulch was supplied free of charge by out tree surgeon colleagues.
